Is it possible to register using a postal payment slip or by phone?: Applications are accepted online only.

Can I apply for my friend's ticket as well?: When you register,Group EntryBy selecting "[ ]" and entering the required information, you can also register your friend.

I want to get to the venue by motorcycle or bicycle.: Dedicated bicycle parking areaPlease park here.

I want to drive my friends and family to the venue.: Parking is prohibited around the venue. Drop-offs and pick-ups are available less than 1km from the venue.Kawaguchiko Oike Park Parking LotPlease note that you cannot park your car in the Oike Park parking lot.

*Please note that if you plan to travel to the event by public transport on the day of the event, you may not make it on time depending on the time and your departure point.

Can supporters also use the shuttle bus from the parking lot?: It is available. Please give priority to runners, especially if time is running out.

Is on-the-day registration (number card exchange) available?: For domestic participants who requested advance shipping (for a fee) during registration, there will be no registration on the day of the competition.

Does the number card set include a safety pin?: Safety pins are not included. Please bring safety pins from other competitions or ones you have at home, or a bib number clip.

I would like to know more details about the tournament.: The "Participation Guide" will be available for download from the tournament website in mid-November.

When can I receive the commemorative gift for overseas resident entries (long-sleeved T-shirt/beanie) and the original merchandise I purchased when I entered?: Long-sleeved T-shirts and beanies will be distributed at the runner registration desk. Other items will be distributed at the official original merchandise booth.
For those residing in Japan who have requested advance shipping, your athlete bibs will be shipped together with the other items in advance.
On Saturday, December 12th, you can pick it up from 12:00 to 19:00, and on Sunday, December 13th, from 7:00 to 16:00.Please pick up your order on Saturdays, as this is the general rule.We do not ship by mail.

I forgot my timing chip (number card). I lost it.: We will reissue the ticket at the venue on the day of the event. (Fee: 1,500 yen)

Will I receive a certificate of completion?: A web-based certificate of completion can be issued immediately after finishing the race (preliminary result). For full marathons, the final result will be issued at a later date and can be used as an official certificate (only for those who participated in the Japan Association of Athletics Federations registered category).

Is there a trash can to throw away clothes right after the start?: As a measure to help with staying warm, we have set up collection boxes for people to dispose of unwanted clothing. The collected clothing will be reused or recycled, so it cannot be returned.
