Qualification
  • Participants must be able to complete the race within the time limit (6 hours). *The time limit is gross time (from the starting gun).

Bib pick-up

Please pick up your bib packet using one of the following methods.

  1. Athlete bibs (number cards), timing chips, and baggage bags (for those who have applied for baggage check-in) will be shipped in advance (participation fee + 1,500 yen) *Domestic only
  2. Registration will be held at Alpen TOKYO (Shinjuku) before the competition (December 7th (Mon) - December 11th (Fri)).
  3. Registration will take place the day before the race at the venue (Funatsuhama Hirahama Parking Lot, Fujikawaguchiko Town) (Saturday, December 12th, 12:12 PM - 19:XNUMX PM).
  4. Registration will take place at the venue on the day of the race (Funatsuhama Hirahama Parking Lot, Fujikawaguchiko Town) (Sunday, December 12th, 13:7 AM - 8:XNUMX AM).

Parking lot (charged) Pre-registration is required via the dedicated website, and applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis (registration is scheduled to begin on October 1, 2026).

Luggage storage (planned)

Hirahama Parking Lot (Main venue: Funatsuhama Parking Lot, further back)

  • You can choose whether or not to use the baggage check service when you register (an additional 100 yen will be charged if you choose baggage check service).
  • Participants wishing to store large items (items that do not fit in a 50cm x 70cm bag) can do so at the large baggage storage tent (500 yen). Valuables cannot be stored.
